NB: With effect from the 01st September 2009 the hotel will be carrying out works on the kitchen, therefore no hot breakfast will be available, only continental. This hotel is situated in Edinburgh's lively theatre district, just a few minutes on foot from the town centre. Edinburgh's main station (Waverley Station) is only some 10 minutes away on foot. Further links to the public transport network (bus and train), shops, restaurants, bars and pubs in the city centre are approximately 500 m away. The nearest nightclub is around 1 km from the hotel.
