The Royal Mile is the backbone of Edinburgh's charming and romantic Old Town, running from Edinburgh Castle to the Palace of Holyrood House. The apartments are located along or within 250 metres of this historic thoroughfare and in the very heart of Edinburgh. The apartments are located in a castle-like building from the Middle Ages. The building includes a 6-storey wing as well as a 3-storey neighbouring wing. It offers a total of 5 comfortable apartments as well as a lobby with a cloakroom. In addition, guests will find a traditional English pub in the building. Furthermore, there is a laundry service available. Check-in and key collection is from 3 pm to 8 pm (check-out is at 10 am) from the main office at 22 Annandale Street, EH7 4AN, Edinburgh. Guests receive their key here and information about where the apartment is situated. Self check-out is standard in the apartments so guests do not need to return to the main office on the day of check-out (credit card details must be provided to secure this facility). Late check-in/early check-in and late check-out times are available with a charge. Bed linen and hand towels are provided. Due to the layout of the city, guests may be required to climb a number of steps to reach their accommodation. Guests who have mobility problems are kindly asked to inform the hotel prior to arrival.

Each apartment is decorated in its own unique style. All bedrooms have comfortable beds with linen and towels provided. Bathrooms are private and fitted with a powerful shower and bath. The fully fitted kitchens include utensils, toaster, oven, microwave and washing machine. The apartments all have a comfortable lounge with TV and DVD player. Many apartments have additional futon beds for extra guests. Business facilities, telephone, fax and safe are all available at our central office. These services may incur additional charges.
